Oil-Immersed Transformer (Conservator Transformer)

The oil-immersed transformer (with conservator) is manufactured using high-quality high-permeability silicon steel and premium insulating oil, equipped with a conservator (oil expansion tank), featuring stable operation, excellent heat dissipation, strong overload capacity, and long service life.
As a key accessory, the conservator buffers oil volume changes and prevents oil oxidation and moisture absorption. It is especially suitable for outdoor substations, power plants, large industrial enterprises, and power transmission and distribution networks for long-term operation, making it a core equipment for ensuring power supply reliability.

Conservator Function Introduction

FunctionDescription
Oil Volume CompensationAs temperature changes, insulating oil volume expands or contracts. The conservator provides buffer space to prevent excessive tank pressure or low oil level.
Prevents Oil OxidationThe small oil-air contact area inside the conservator, combined with a breather (silica gel dryer), effectively reduces oil oxidation and moisture absorption.
Oil Level IndicationEquipped with an oil level gauge for直观 observation of oil level changes, facilitating daily inspection and maintenance.
Extends Service LifeReduces insulating oil degradation, lowers maintenance frequency, and extends transformer service life to over 30 years.
